Medina Enterprises, a holding company with over 22 years of experience, helps manage and grow franchises on a national and international level. For example, Medina Enterprises was hired in 2003 as a consultant to a health and fitness center and assisted in growing their business to 250 stores in just over 2 years. Additionally, Medina became the management company of a coffee & smoothie franchise where they opened approximately 100 stores in the first year alone. Since then they have brought on board over 290 franchises and plan to open and support about 120 more by 2008. At the moment, Medina Enterprises is currently consulting with four more companies either currently a franchise or interested in becoming one.
