The Business Development Department is available to assist franchisees in the following areas:

Monitoring store sales: Analyzing sales reports to determine any inconsistencies or locate areas needing improvement.

Increasing store sales: Analyzing and implementing procedures to increase your bottom line.

Adding revenue streams: Assisting you with increasing your sales through a consumer based retail package.

On-site business assistance: For a minimal fee to cover costs, a business development specialist will travel to your location for supplemental support and training.

Marketing Support: Providing marketing support to drive customers to your location.

Training advice: Offering professional advice on training or retraining employees and managers.

Human Resources issues: Assisting with Human Resource issues to make sure you have the best personnel working at your store.

General business operations: Providing reassurance that you are party of a large support system by working with you to become more successful.

In addition to understanding your business, your FSM understands the corporate internal workings at Medina and will work closely with every department manager to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Whether its real estate, marketing, purchasing, finance, construction, or any other department you may have a question for--just name it and your FSM is there just like an angel on your shoulder.

As you open additional franchises in the future, your FSM will guide you through soft opening and grand opening time frames, making it easier for you to stay on track!
